Kampus ramah inklusi adalah impian banyak pihak, terutama mereka yang selama ini merasa terpinggirkan dalam sistem pendidikan tinggi. Tapi mari kita jujur, apakah \u201ckampus inklusif\u201d benar-benar sudah menjadi kenyataan, atau baru sekadar jargon pemanis laporan tahunan?<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"827\"><strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"827\">Inklusi: Lebih dari Sekadar Rampa dan Lintasan Braille<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1087\">Banyak kampus hari ini mengklaim telah menerapkan prinsip inklusi karena sudah menyediakan jalur kursi roda, toilet khusus disabilitas, atau memiliki papan petunjuk dengan huruf Braille. Tapi pertanyaannya: <strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1087\">apakah hanya itu makna inklusi yang sebenarnya?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1480\">Inklusi bukan hanya soal infrastruktur. Ini tentang <em data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1162\">kebijakan yang adil<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1188\">kurikulum yang adaptif<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1236\">dosen yang sadar dan peka terhadap perbedaan<\/em>, serta <em data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1289\">komunitas yang tidak melakukan diskriminasi<\/em>. Mahasiswa dengan hambatan penglihatan, gangguan pendengaran, atau neurodivergensi seringkali masih mengalami kesulitan mengikuti perkuliahan karena metode pengajaran yang tidak disesuaikan.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1543\"><strong data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1543\">Kata Siapa Mahasiswa dengan Kebutuhan Khusus Sedikit?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1868\">Salah satu alasan klasik yang sering muncul adalah: \u201cJumlahnya sedikit, jadi belum prioritas.\u201d Tapi bukankah prinsip keadilan justru terlihat dari bagaimana kita memperlakukan minoritas? Bahkan jika hanya ada satu mahasiswa disabilitas di suatu fakultas, ia tetap punya hak untuk mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang setara.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"2119\">Inklusi juga tidak berhenti pada disabilitas. Mahasiswa dari keluarga marginal, mahasiswa pekerja, mahasiswa dari komunitas adat, atau yang berasal dari daerah tertinggal\u2014mereka semua butuh perlakuan adil dan ruang aman untuk belajar dan berkembang.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2181\"><strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2181\">Apa Kata Mahasiswa? Suara Mereka Sering Tak Didengar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2516\">Beberapa kampus mungkin telah membuat forum atau pusat layanan disabilitas, namun apakah mahasiswa pengguna layanan tersebut diajak bicara? Apakah suara mereka dilibatkan dalam kebijakan? Tanpa melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai subjek kebijakan, inklusi akan tetap menjadi proyek dari atas ke bawah yang tidak menyentuh akar permasalahan.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2555\"><strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2555\">Dari Slogan ke Tindakan Nyata<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2663\">Kampus ramah inklusi seharusnya tidak berhenti pada baliho besar bertuliskan \u201ckampus inklusif\u201d. Harus ada:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2894\">\n<li data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2724\">\n<p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2724\"><strong data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2724\">Pelatihan inklusif untuk dosen dan tenaga kependidikan<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2725\" data-end=\"2773\">\n<p data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2773\"><strong data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2773\">Kebijakan akademik yang fleksibel dan adil<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2834\">\n<p data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2834\"><strong data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2834\">Fasilitas yang dirancang bersama komunitas disabilitas<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"2894\">\n<p data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2894\"><strong data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2894\">Sistem pelaporan diskriminasi yang aman dan responsif<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"3118\">Kampus seharusnya menjadi <em data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2948\">ruang belajar bagi semua<\/em>, bukan hanya untuk mereka yang \u2018dianggap normal\u2019. Saat inklusi menjadi budaya, bukan hanya fasilitas, barulah kita bisa berkata: \u201cKampus kita benar-benar ramah inklusi.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3120\" data-end=\"3123\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3158\"><strong data-start=\"3129\" data-end=\"3158\">Refleksi untuk Kita Semua<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3369\">Mungkin kampusmu sudah memiliki beberapa langkah inklusi. Tapi, mari kita bertanya kembali: apakah semua mahasiswa merasa <em data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3294\">dilibatkan<\/em> dan <em data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3312\">diakomodasi<\/em>?
