    Smoking is a myriad of negative effects on both your health and anyone who happens to be around you. Smoking is known to cause lung cancer, heart disease, and emphaysema.     Reduce the number of cigarettes that you smoke a little each day. This helps to guide you down the road to stopping your goal of a smoke-free life. Try a delay of one hour before you smoke your first cigarette for the day. Another method to use is to smoke only part of your cigarette each smoking session.

    Most people are not going to be successful at kicking their first try. When you quit, try to refrain from smoking for as long as possible. If you do succumb to smoking again, set a second quit date immediately. Just keep quitting and go longer each time, and continue to learn along your journey.

    Overall, smoking is an extremely unhealthy thing to do, and it can also be dangerous for those around you, that you expose the smoke to. Numerous known heart and lung diseases are linked with smoking. Second-hand smoke causes the same diseases in people who never smoked a day in their life. Hopefully, you will be better able to stop smoking by following the advice in this article.
